Take Back Your Garage - Online Shopping Help

Shipping and Delivery

Take Back Your Garage ships to the 48 contiguous states.

Depending on the product(s) being purchased, your order will be delivered via UPS Ground (smaller items will be shipped parcel) or a common truck carrier (larger items).Your order may be shipped from one or more of our warehouses and in one or more shipments for faster service. 

You can expect to receive a shipment confirmation email, complete with tracking information, when your purchase has left our warehouse. 

Expect delivery to arrive within 7-10 business days.

For larger items, our common truck carriers will use the Delivery Contact Number provided during the Checkout process to schedule a delivery appointment, if required.
Sales Tax Information
Items shipped to Kentucky will be subject to state sales tax in accordance with state law.
 
Please note that your state and/or municipal government may require you to declare Internet purchases and pay sales tax on them directly.

Unfortunately, Take Back Your Garage is not able to accept tax exempt orders.
Satisfaction Guarentee
At Take Back Your Garage your satisfaction is our goal. If our merchandise does not meet your expectations, we offer you the option to return it within 30 days of the date you receive your purchase. To return a product purchased on TakeBackYourGarage.com, please contact us via email at support@takebackyourgarage.com for a return authorization and instructions.

Shopping Cart

Your shopping cart lists items you have selected to purchase. It will show a description, model number, quantity, unit price and item total for each item. You may change the quantity desired to purchase additional units or remove the item from your shopping cart by clicking on the appropriate button. To receive your new order total, simply click the Update Cart button at the bottom of the page.

The shopping cart gives you a number of options at the bottom of the page:

Continue Shopping - returns you to the menu to continue shopping.

Update Cart - recalculates each of the line-item totals according to quantity and price.

Proceed to Checkout - proceeds through the four step PayPal checkout process. If you do not have a PayPal account simple use your credit card.

  • In the first step, enter your billing and shipping information.
  • In the second step, enter your payment information.
  • In the third step, review and place your order.
  • The fourth step provides a printer-friendly purchase confirmation.

Return Policy

At Take Back Your Garage your satisfaction is our goal. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately at support@takebackyourgarage.com so we can promptly resolve it for you. Most items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full merchandise refund (freight costs not included). Merchandise must be returned in unused, like-new condition.

 

Please retain your return tracking information. Take Back Your Garage will not be liable for items that are lost in transit or not returned to the proper address. 

Important note: Except in cases where the return is the result of an error by the shipper or the item arrives damaged or defective, original shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
